Crystal City Meeting Rooms
Select the space to suit your needs from a wide array of choices. From ballrooms to boardrooms and every room in between, our flexible meeting rooms can be set up in just about any style to satisfy your requirements. 

To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet rooms offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.

Independence Center
One of the largest permanent exhibition halls in the entire DC metro area, this extensive, 23,000-square foot space can accommodate as many as 110 full-size displays, receptions, lunches and dinner/dances of up to 2000 guests. Completely equipped to handle all electrical and computer needs for today’s modern displays, your vendors will enjoy state-of-the-art facilities to show off their booths and products. A convenient location close to the business center makes any last minute needs a breeze, while the access to the parking garage gives attendees a quick route right to the trade show floor. A spacious lobby outside the Independence Center is ideal for showcasing sponsors or previewing the newest products being show in the main hall.

Capital Room
Situated opposite the Independence Center, Capital Room works well as a lounge for exhibitors or VIPS during the trade show, or as a “theater” for guest speakers in a set-up for 70. Its proximity to the Center also makes this ideal to use as your “headquarters” while running the main event.

Regency Ballroom
Our largest meeting space, Regency Ballroom is an elegant setting in which to host a variety of functions. Select the entire room for the opening session of your company convention in a theater-style set up for 1,600, or plan a formal dinner for 1,200 guests. Regency Ballroom can also accommodate as many as 80 display booths in a stand-alone trade show, or to expand from the show in the Independence Center. For smaller groups, the ballroom may be divided into as many as seven separate sections. Choose to use part of the area for meetings, while serving buffet lunches in the other areas, with comfortable table settings scattered about for casual seating.

The adjacent Ballroom Foyer is ideal for pre-meeting registration, coffee break set-ups, or cocktails and hors d’oeuvres prior to your formal dinner.

Potomac Room
Located across from the Regency Ballroom, this versatile and spacious meeting space can be set up in any number of configurations. As one large room, Potomac can accommodate 275 in a classroom setting or 350 in a theater set up. When divided, capacities in each of the six salons range from 28 in a U-shape – perfect for breakout sessions or committee meetings – to 75 for a classic reception. You may also add this space to your trade show plans, with room for 36 additional booths.

Conference Theater
Choose this state-of-the-art, fully equipped conference center to host interactive training sessions for 80, or gather together industry leaders to discuss a new idea or present a paper. The Conference Theater features everything you need for a complete technologically advanced audio-visual presentation, LCD screens, built in internet, power and microphones at each seat, video and teleconferencing and comfortable executive leather chairs for the attendees.

Washington Room
The ideal location of this intimate room makes it suitable as a stand-alone venue or as part of events taking place on the Ballroom Level, with capacities ranging from 40 in a U-shape to 220 for a formal banquet.

Tidewater Room
This unique room features 2400 square feet of space located on the 2nd floor of the hotel and overlooking our 5-story atrium.  The room features a dual projection system and a hard wood foyer.

President’s Quarters / Virginia Rooms
These two groupings of similarly sized rooms give you many options for small to mid-size meeting. Comprised of a total of seven rooms, each can be used singly or joined together with adjoining spaces to suit your needs. At their largest, the President’s Quarters can host as many as 250 in a theater style or 320 for a cocktail reception, while the Virginia Rooms can accommodate 200, theater style or 180 for a sit-down meal. On their own, each room can fit 30 in a U-shape, 52 in a classroom setting or 4 trade show booths.

This classic and contemporary-styled boardroom features an executive wood table, comfortable leather chairs and elegant accessories for VIP meetings including internet, power and telephone jacks built into the table as a well as control module at the head of the table to control the LCD television and other technology in the room. The 770 square foot boardroom also features an adjacent 468 square foot ante room great for coffee breaks, buffets or for guests waiting to enter the boardroom.  The boardroom is permanently set for 16 guests.
